Se hockey are u really that clueless ? Somebody told u they don’t hit and not much talent in Manitoba. I just watched Elkhorn play the other night. Ya not very much talent there. Their top guys would shine in this league too. Maybe u should leave Redvers and go watch hockey somewhere else. It’s played all over the place. And as far as Trotter and Holloway not getting hit U really think that Redvers coach tells his players not to hit those 2. They don’t get hit much because they are elite players. Just like Millers and Kopeck don’t get hammered much.

I never seen Moosomin play in that league but just going by what I was told. I have seen Elkhorn play and they are very impressive to watch. Pretty sure every coach tells players to finish their checks. Don’t think Redvers coach tells their players to target or run guys. But hey what do I know, you are the hockey expert.

Moosomin and Elkhorn were in the North Central Hockey League. The league basically folded after the 21-22 season. Moosomin could not play in the league due to COVID (could not cross border for hockey) so briefly joined the SEHL. Elkhorn joined tiger hills league along with Virden in 22/23. Minnedosa and Rivers also left NCHL for Tiger Hills. Elkhorn won many league championships and Moosomin won one. Other teams in the league included Swan Valley, Russell, and Foxwarren.

Elkhorn would give Redvers or Moosomin a run for money. Infact, in best of 7 would be interesting in April border Cup showcase. Elkhorn at home unbelievable.
The reffing always favors some teams, they chopped off Holloway’s finger last year and thought it was funny.
If fans like players trying to hurt players so be it as everyone is entitled to opinion but think what hockey is all about but grab the official book and read it first.
The SJHL refs right now are having a hard time with senior hockey. Maybe just age.

Moosoimin by winning game 1 has just won them the series. Redvers blew it by playing the wrong players when it matters the line making in the game was the first mistake. Second mistake was playing the wrong players when it mattered on that last goal

Yeah..Rockets coaches are so bad after leading their team to both a prov and league final at the same time this year and winning multiple championships in the past. Laughable. Good luck moosomin this series is far from over. 4 posts for redvers in game 1 and 2 extremely lucky goals for Moosomin. The way Moosomin celebrated after game 1 you would have thought they won the championship. Congrats on your first playoff win against redvers in three years.

Rockets are in both finals because of talent not coaching. You can't keep rolling out your kid who can't keep up with the play in the 3rd period. I don't think Redvers took advantage of last change in Redvers once in game 1.

Let’s not blame the Coaches as they put in several hours and time! You should put your name into coach next season.

Agreed Topshelf. The coaches in redvers are at every single practice, every game and have been committed to that team for over a decade. They are more committed more than most teams players let alone other teams coaches. Look down the road, Carlyle has to pay a coach just to have someone behind their bench. Bashing any volunteer coach in senior hockey is just ridiculous considering the time, heart and effort they put into it. People like to play the blame game on the coaches, but never give credit when credit is due.

Redvers coaches are so good they have to pick up their top line from the next town The Rocanville line was the best line for one game. That was the first game against Foam Lake.

At least they didn’t have to go to Brandon to pick up their top line, or fly guys in from across the country 😂😂.

Let’s not blame the Coaches as they put in several hours and time! You should put your name into coach next season. Usually the ones with the arm chair coaching have never laced on the skates in their life. If they have it was for rec hockey. You don’t hear from guys who have played at a high level hockey cause they know better.
