Really depends on reffing. The officiating is not working for player safety as poor quality is over and over.
Hope to see Lonesberry, Kalynuk, West.
These SJHL officials terrible.
Maybe get Tim Fisher out of retirement soon or Barny and Tom!

What a game. Moosomin and Redvers are easily the best teams in the Big 6. Both teams are there to play hockey. Redvers had a few unluckily posts and bounces, but ultimately moosomin capitalized on all there chances. Moosomins top lines vs Redvers 3/4 lines killed them. Redvers top line of Kop/Kenton/Drew? was elite as always (weird line changes in the finals). I like moosomins changes here, the addition of Elmes brothers and Trotter will put them over the top. Game 2 goes Thursday.

Redvers needs Fidierchuk back in line up. Difference in the game is 3rd line depth. As well for some reason Redvers feels the need to play 4th line

Didn’t see any issue with the reffing. Called a few soft ones on each team, but was fair all around. They let the boys play.
