I think if Lutz and the other tough guy recruits PP got can intimidate Dimsmore. Then this could be a close series.

Word is Dinsmore has major injury issues so this series could be very close.

Word is Dinsmore has major injury issues so this series could be very close. it won’t matter. Dinsmore is loaded with ex WHL players and Porcupine Plain is a Jr B team plus Sloan. Good on Porcupine Plain for entering though. Drawing the defending champs first was tough.

'Loaded with ex whl players'? Who all is that? DaSilva. Connor, who was there to chuck knuckles. I know they have a few local boys who played SJ but just curious who I'm missing?

I wouldn’t say they’re loaded with WHL. I think they’re basically the same team from last year except they’re missing 3 significant players right now to injury and the biggest change from last year is no Jeff bosch in net, he was easily their mvp last year and a big reason they went all the way. If Thomson and erlandson are on the prov roster this should help with the injuries

Dasilva and Connor, Josh Urich, Brayden Urich (cup of coffee). For any team under A to have this many is loaded. Short of Kenaston who has that many players who played in the WHL in B, C and D? Plus they have 2 others who played College/University in Thompson and Erlandson. That doesn't even count the other Jr players that you mentioned.

Further to that, after looking at all 4 draws, I don't see a bigger mismatch in round 1 than this one. Theodore vs Lucky Lake is one and Kyle and Biggar should have been (but wasn't). Again it is good to see Porcupine Plain throw their hat in we need another 20 teams to do the same.

Players like Jones and Lamont have faced Dasilva lots in the LLHL. Lamont could handle him pretty easily. And I’m sure he wouldn’t back down from Connor.
This will be a closer series then you think, especially if Dinsmore thinks it’s going to be a cake walk. Chase place will be packed and the locals would love nothing more then to see a good Game of crash and bang hockey!
