PP had 12 skaters and Dinsmore had a full squad. Don’t think anyone saw that coming. Dinsmore had the full squad of the players that aren’t injured. Missing their entire top line for the rest of the season apparently. Who is out, aside from Atkinson? |

Those are big loses for sure. But let’s not overstate things. Westman and Thorpe are not their first line guys.

I have seen them play, many times. I’ll take the Uhrich boys and Matt Jones over those two as my first line. The last part of your second sentence is complete gibberish.

That’s great if you want to design your own lines for Dinsmore to help them be better but they won a C championship last year with the ones they have. Last year was DaSilva with Atkinson and Thorpe as #1 but Chad Westman has been an awesome replacement. |

It’s the hit to the depth that kills you. You are absolutely right about opinions about who is a better player than who-there are a million of them. Love that we have 3 “first” lines. On any night a different one is our best. Hit the nail on the head about depth - imo that is our number one strength. Possibly our weakness too because we lose 3 of our forwards and there goes one of our “first” lines. |

this is where we all go wrong. Look at Kindersley versus Drake. was reading about how Kindersley looked like they didn’t care out there except for a couple players. It’s not all about the talent in the player even though it is important. You need that heart and desire to win a championship. The winners always seem to have those small town guys with something to prove.

It’s the hit to the depth that kills you. A little bit off topic, I haven’t seen him play in years, but as kids the younger Uhrich was always the best player on the ice. One of the best players in the province that I thought could’ve been a really solid WHLer. I’m thinking not much has changed. Could always put the puck in the net like no other. |
