You are going to get much more interest in senior provincials with more promotion. Most casual hockey fans have no idea how good the hockey is in all brackets. Something as simple as scanning and posting the rosters would bring more attention to senior provs. Get to see which teams picked up guys and are trying to make a run. Instead all we get is second hand guesses still 1 month after the draws have been posted.
Seems like it’s getting to be more and more of a secret each year when it should be the opposite. SHA needs to change this.

I like the idea of separating divisions based on elites. I think we would see more teams entering knowing there gonna be playing teams around there skill level. Not like it would be that hard to do as well. If Kelly to “busy” he can put his buddies at the monday nooner in charge. Coaches submit rosters and the highest level hockey every guy on the roster played. Quick scan of elite prospect profiles and brackets are generated based off of team talent

Set parameters, and allow teams to operate amongst them knowing full well where it places them in terms of A, B, C, or D.
If there's an issue of some teams being far too good for the division their in, then adjust the parameters as necessary.
