First game goes tonight in Redvers.
Is Davidsons squad better than the last time these two met in 2020? Cause I would say Redvers is better than 2020, even without the Millers. That series in 2020 was awesome hockey to watch.
I think this one goes 3, with Redvers winning.

Big win for Davidson. Was a great battle last night. Refs made piles of mistakes but it didn’t matter. The Cyclones capitalized when they needed it.

Great game 1! Davidsons goalie played unbelievable and saved the game for them multiple times. Close game throughout, but the 3rd period was all Cyclones! Should have never went to Double OT as Davidson had two disallowed goals in the last 4 minutes of regulation. Regardless, two great teams duking it out! Excited to watch game two! Also, shoutout to the Redvers fans for packing the barn! Great crowd!

Yes great game!! Redvers rink gets rockin when playoffs and provincials rolls around , Minor hockey or senior .
I don’t know how can say that it shouldn’t have gone to OT . Both teams controlled the game at certain points as it went from 1-0 cyclone to 3-1 rockets and then 4-3 cyclones and then rockets scored one later on 4-4. Rockets had to dig down and a kill a 4 minute penalty late in the game which they did.
Davidson goalie made some big saves, allowed an awful goal on a dump in from outside the blue line as well.
Also Davidson had one disallowed goal on there 4 minute PP late in the third . The other “so called disallowed goal clearly hit the cross bar and straight down and out”. Clearly did not go in.
None the less between 2020 and 2022 match up these two teams had very entertaining games .

Redvers player #44 got a 10 min misconduct from the bench for grabbing T.Allan’s stick while on the ice and snapped it in half. Not sure how Davidson didn’t get a power play out if that.

Officiating is what it is . Your going to get ed over some times and get favourable calls other times . It’s part of the game deal with it .
