If you even watched a period of this series, you wouldnt spout off that shit. Mohakws d core and goal tending was the difference. Yes redvers has some top end guys, but when 88 and 22 were iced together the outcome was made.
By far imo the game changers. Funny thing too is the ol boys only ran the clock down from what i could see on live barn and didnt run the shots up...too much.
Players like Waltz, Baier, and Martin win ships.
Congratulations to the mohawks and staff. 15 yrs is a long time

I know I watched game 1 in Macklin and Martin was the difference maker in that game he was phenomenal between the pipes

Also was told rockets goalies both left the ice prior to kellys presentations. Really classy. 2nd, the ever so classy rockets couldnt even give the mohakws a case of beer...
But the only thing ive gathered is that the mayor of redvers went and congratulated the macklin club on the banner.

Macklin played hard and never went away in this game or series. Work ethic was there every shift from every player. Every time redvers got a 1 or 2 goal lead macklin would come back with 1. Very good series between 2 very good senior hockey teams. Anyone who tries to discredit either of these teams is a disgrace to senior hockey and what it stands for. Congrats macklin on the ship well deserved. and a good effort by redvers playing in both league and prov finals; not easy and a lot of hockey in a short amount of time.
