Should be an other great series but Wadena is just stronger in more areas than Watrous unless Wadena has a total meltdown they should win in 2.

Watrous’ provincial team and league team are a lot different with some pivotal pickups. The Tisdale guys make a big difference and the backend is way better. Watrous won the last game between the two and a 2-1 loss right before Christmas. Two well matched teams with excellent goaltending. Gonna be a great serious. |

Hell of a dman but don't think he's played any games, also he's 45 now to.. Watrous picked up 5 players for provs.. Reuther Janke & Gerwing from Tisdale, Dawson Boehm from cudworth, and Dino Antoniadis who wasn't playing anywhere this year. Their prov team is much stronger than their league team. will be a good series. |

Anyone know what watrous is running for lines that makes their provincial roster any better than their regular season team? I see this as two easy games for Wadena.

i havent looked but wadenas last real test came in last few league games ? easy tilts vs jansen and then another snoozer against drake-see what drake brings at home tonight?

I wouldn’t even call wadenas last few league games a test as from what I understand they were meaningless as they had 1st locked down. But I don’t think being paired with Jansen first round was the advantage that people seem to think it was, as everyone else advancing has already had to dig deep working out the kinks to beat their opponents. Will be interesting to see what they bring to the table in this round after a month of relaxing

Went from Watrous to watch Wadena at Drake in league last night. Wadena is in trouble. Looked bad last night in Drake. Goalies had trouble too. With no pickups, except I’m hearing an old D man, it’ll be over in 2.

Went from Watrous to watch Wadena at Drake in league last night. Wadena is in trouble. Looked bad last night in Drake. Goalies had trouble too. With no pickups, except I’m hearing an old D man, it’ll be over in 2. Lol ya cause Watrous has proved they are sooo good. Get real. They barely beat Leroy in game 2 at home. Their coach is a psycho who turns the refs against them every night. Mychan is an absolute liability all Over the ice. When klassen isn’t there they get dominated in their own end and their top line is the only one that does anything. Wadena in three. |
