Honestly at times frustrated watching this team, the amount of $ we supposedly spend on players and it maybe another exit with no banner. Newsflash …. every team in the province that goes A spends a lot of money. Only one winner… Some teams spend their money wiser than others. Picking up players that look good in the wheatland league doesn't mean they will look good in Provincial"A" hockey. They are not used to the tempo of hockey that we see in the LLHL or QVHL all season.

If you’ve watched any of Watrous prov games you’d know that the tisdale guys have played really well. But go on…

There were two big differences tonight imo:
1. Wadena had way more depth with Watrous missing a handful of guys that normally play on their 2nd & 3rd lines. I realize they are never going to have everybody, but even having 2-3 of those guys makes a big difference. 2. Goaltending - I thought Watrous would have the edge on this, but tonight was the opposite. Dymterko did not have a good game.
If Watrous can get a few guys back and Dymterko plays well, I could see them winning a close one at home Tuesday to force a game 3.

Fair assessment, if Watrous had buried on their early powerplays the game could have been different but wadena did an excellent job on the Pk. Not having Mychan and Antoniadis hurt, and then W klassen leaving with an injury really put them short on d

Like I said previously. Watrous is lucky to have got this far. It’s the same excuses every series. We’re missing so many guys. Clearly built a squad with no commitment. Also whoever said mychan has been their best player and leading scorer is laughable. The guy is a liability and gets half his points from being the first one to the next ref. He’s been a massive disappointment this year.
