Steve may be right. Apparently the email said that Hobbs isnt not be on the roster to start the season. So he’s not currently on the roster but could be added. Def. Something going on in the background here…

Saturday night FL in Wynyard, it was about 3 hours after the game Parker Thomas was seen out in Leopolds bar in SASKATOON… wait, I thought he lives locally in Wynyard?! Monarchs, what are you guys trying to do the entire league knows where every import player is from…. cheating deserves them to lose 1 import spot, I agree, abuse the rules, and you lose an import spot

Imagine cheating and getting fined for Parker Thomas...You'd think you would at least find an elite player if you were going to risk it all. There must be something in the water out in the Wynyard, the people running that team aren't firing on all cylinders.

They had to of known this was gonna be the likely outcome and be prepared for it you'd think...? |

huskyproud don't even try to disagree with that comment. I think from the sidelines its hilarious what Wynyard is attempting to do... its so out in the open I can't believe whoever runs that organization thought they would get away with it. Another part of me thinks good for them for trying to cheat hahaha

in the past the onus was on teams to prove that someone wasn't living where they said they were. there was trust that teams/exec would follow the rules. It seems now and justifiably so that there is no trust between teams to do the right thing and follow the rules as they are laid out.
I say we go back to the way it was before, but if there is a protest and its proven that a team was cheating they get a massive penalty. lose an elite import spot for a year, or maybe 2 years. make the penalty stiff enough that it will deter teams from trying this crap.
its friggen embarrassing how the league looks right now... teams just trying to one up each other and if i protest you then you protest me... just a joke.
Dont get me wrong, if a team puts in the work and a player wants to play for that team enough to move to a centre so they can play then good job for the team that made it happen. And if a team wants to pay a player's rent so they live in their community or whatever arrangement thats fine to... just quit f u c k i n g around like they are know.
