Drake Prov Team vs Kenaston Provincial team best of 3. What a series that would be.

Drake's forwards on par with Kenaston's, and Drakes defence is stronger for sure. I'd say Drake in 3.

Off topic.. Why doesn’t Kenaston just take a 1 year leave from the Sask Valley, and try the LLHL for a year. Drakes prov team would win in 2 games.

They beat Redvers in 2 without Adrian, which surprised me. They're better than Drake, because they have chemistry that Drake just doesn't have. These guys have all been playing together now for 2 years. People look at a lineup on paper and think that team is better automatically, but that is not how hockey works. Plus I think Kenaston's high end guys are better than Drake's. EDIT: Also, if Kenaston took a leave and played against Drake's league team they'd smoke them. That team has fallen off a cliff

They play in arguably the best senior league in SK, have close drives within 1-1.5hr to Loreburn/CB/LL/Dinsmore/Outlook/Rosetown and the SVHL isn't folding anytime soon. Perhaps Davidson should move to the SVHL instead...or are you just doing this thing that some of you LLHL bunch like to do! Kenaston's SVHL and SHA team would smoke Drake's LLHL only team. Drake's only chance is their SHA team with the pick ups from FL, Turtleford and Lanigan...even then, I'd say Kenaston in 3 tight games.

That team has fallen off a cliff Drake added one of the best lines in the league from foam lake. They won 2 A banners cause they have chemistry. C.Blair, Lawrence, Johnson, Cobin, Stumborg. All been together for 3 years now. To think they don’t have chemistry is absurd.

They were all solid WHL players. Yak, gay, tkatch, and stadnyuk put up near close to a ppg in the dub. IMO that’s the difference between the two teams. Kenaston has way more top end talent. How many guys played in the western league or played pro hockey on drake?

Lawrence, Johnson, Draude, Schacher, Roy all played Whl. This is a never ending argument. Kenaston is a great team, no doubt about it. But they wouldn’t beat Drakes prov team in my opinion. How many guys played Whl or pro in kindersley? Majority had kindersley to win that series. You can’t go by who played what and where.

Ppl seem to forget that only about 8 or 9 forwards for both teams would touch the ice for these games. Same with about 4 d-man! I’ll take kenaston’s top 12 guys over drakes. Gay, yakubowski, and stadnyuk are better than anybody on drake minus maybe that Roy kid.

Llhl > Svhl, Canucks prov team would beat the blizzz prov team. But the blizzz would smack drakes league team. Im sure kenaston has thought about joining the super league. Maybe they want to give it a try next season. Maybe after two straight years with banners kenaston will man up and go in A. #Nucksnation

I suppose you'd have said the same thing to Davidson when they had their 2010-2013 4 year run as D and C champs. Should Wadena have manned up and gone A? Or are you going to downplay their first ever SHA banner because it's not an A banner?

Why do people want towns to sit their local players? Kenaston had three tough rounds to get to the C final. Beat three good teams and had some great games. A is for teams that can’t field a team in the lower categories or play in leagues with more than the 5 imports allowed. It’s not pinnacle of a senior hockey franchise to win with 5-8 players who don’t play with your team all year.
