Anybody hearing any rumours of wheeling and dealing as the seasons wind down? SV, LL, QV are pretty active typically.

Whole new slate of imports in Wynyard already lined up for next season. New season new imports. Same story every year there. 0 loyalty.

A final feel real good about things. However i'm sure they will have no trouble finding a team that will take them.

Craik Warriors are looking to trade a few good locals for a new rink so they can hopefully get accepted into a new league. Any offers?

I've heard Lanigan is going to be fairly aggresive in finding some more talent to add for next season, i heard they were close to some bigger names this year that ultimately didn't work out. I'd be shocked if they didnt end up as the most improved team for next season. Harmsworth is now an exception and who knows how many years him and shields will want to play for, but gotta think if its not on a stronger roster that they might just call it quits. Next year is the year to convince them to stick around for the future.
I think Drake will be in tought to find enough bodies to play. Guessing there will be some major retirements from that team. Bartel? Lawerence? Stumborg? think all of them are considering hanging them up
Wadena will be a different look as well. The ex Lanigan guys don't have much left in the tank although still very good hockey players, my money would be on all 4 of them calling it a senior career. could see their commitment level was already pretty low in the regular season and that drive would get old fast.
i would think Davidson and Wynyard are both top of the league again next year.
alot of time between now and the start of the season though. will be interesting to see it all shake out

They won’t be exceptions.

Provincials doesn’t effect that. I believe it does. Provincials does not affect that. League and provincials are different. Harmsworth will be an exception next season

Provincials does not affect that. League and provincials are different. Harmsworth will be an exception next season It’s still sanctioned hockey. Call up Sask Hockey and ask for yourselves.
