Hopefully the 5 min drive over to Battleford Arena isn't a disappointment tonight as we are all in for a preview of the league Final here. Didn’t see you there! You missed a good one. The Blues and Combines played hard for 60 minutes, hammering each other the whole game. Lost count of the hits in the first period. One scrap, Buziak, so not much, but he did get extra 2 that ‘ bines scored on for the winner. Hawtin back in goal makes the Blues a better team for sure, but might be gone when the regulars return. Would not have been so close if Waskewitch and little Tatchell were playing. |

Bines depth players took care of the baby blues I don’t see them losing a game all year if they have a full squad |

Don't get me wrong, it had a few moments where it was exciting but it seemed both teams ran out of gas with about 5 minutes left in the second. No desperation for the blues in the last 10 minutes. Hope it gets better in playoffs |

Jeep did an awesome job reffing the game last night. He was
totally unbiased!
It was nice to see three generations of George family on the ice together after the first period.
1 from the 1940’s, 1 from the 1980’s and from the 2010’s!
To bad Mike retired, the Blues miss the proverbial league MVP in the lineup.
They could have used a hatty from him last night.

Meota will most likely kill spiritwood both games. Spiritwood’s only chance at a close game is if Meota is short benched in Spiritwood but I’m going to guess at least double digits both games for Meota.
Turtleford and Perude. I think the game in Perdue will be closer then people think but turtleford still win it by one goal. The game back in tudtleford I could see being a win by 5+.
Maymont and Battleford. I think battleford wins both easily by 4 goals but I wouldn’t be against those clowns losing out to Maymont.

I predict the refs are going to have a long night in Spiritwood this weekend.
Meota easily takes it, but those assholes are going to be celebrating every goal like it’s the Stanley Cup.
Even the calmest of men won’t stand for that.
They would be smart not to run the score up…but that’s not their thing. They will get what they deserve. 😜

Maybe when The T wolves get spanked this weekend they will hit the 1st round of the draft looking for a Tendy at minimum. There will be no close game with Perdue and Turtleford. The Blues run over Maymont. Is it over yet.

Caffet was an extra couple minutes from busting every meota players head in tonight, combines better kneel by their beds tonight hoping he has a Big Mac on his way into the game tomorrow, that thick boy can’t even skate anymore lol
