Unless there is a miracle on ice tonight the combines will sweep the finals.

Holy sh*t boys, cool the jets a little bit. Game one could have went either way. Should be a different game tonight and not the glorified Rec game Meota likes to play in the civic center.

It’s good to see that turtlefords top line of Weber and speirs showed up tonight. If they show up for the rest of the series the tigers will have it in the bag.

Holy F isn’t that the truth. I’ve never seen a worse officiated game in my life. I didn’t know you were allowed to run the goalie so hard you end up in the top left corner of the net, twice. We’ve got a series now but from a neutral fans point of view that was completely embarrassing. Good hockey though

Heard a rumour tonight so I had to dig back into the deep dark depths of this topic to find a comment that stuck out to me about Hafford getting back into this league
Greaseball said: “Trying to get back in this league? Why would a team who can compete in the sask west want to try and get back into this glorified rec league. The first video of the line brawl this year was fun, this latest one in the box is embarrassing. It's unfortunate this league gets this much attention here and online when there's actual talent worth going out to watch in others across the province. Fix this joke of a league or get rid of it”
Heard “Blaine Lake” is possibly joining the league, but in reality it sounds like it’s just all the guys from Hafford who are tired of playing in the Sask West. I know it’s technically not Hafford, but it’s close enough. Funny how things work out. Will be nice to have another competitive team in the league

I also heard that Blaine Lake is looking to join. Not sure if it’s true or not. With the way the semis and finals unfolded this year there are 4 good teams in the league. If Blaine Lake joins hopefully they bring a competitive team. If they did it makes 5 good teams for next year. Spiritwood and Glaslyn should consider making a team together. They might not have enough to compete for a league championship but together they would be somewhat competitive. It would be nice to have a league with 5 or 6 teams who could all win on any given night
