Any truth with bienfait folding would suck to lose a team that competes in the league and with import rule teams are pretty full already

Senior teams face huge costs for officials. They charge enough to get in. Fans deserve a minimum number of players to show up or fans will stay away. Any leagues have fines if you come with less than 2 lines?
