Kenaston in 2. Norrish might be the best d-man in the whole province when it comes to senior hockey. He will be the difference.

Kenaston in 2. Norrish might be the best d-man in the whole province when it comes to senior hockey. He will be the difference. I predict Kenaston 8-3. Both Reich cuzzins go absolutely mental and embarrass the town of craik.

Kenaston in 2. Norrish might be the best d-man in the whole province when it comes to senior hockey. He will be the difference. He’s very good but not even close to as good as Blair Jones.

Not saying Norrish is the best. I’d say top 5. But Jones isn’t an active Senior player so it takes him out of the current conversation.

Norrish is quite possibly the player that give’s Kenaston another banner. He’s definitely a difference maker. However sources at the game in Craik tell me that Craik was the better team 5 on 5 or until mid game at least. Then they started taking a lot of selfish penalties. Kenaston power play is a lot better than Craik’s penalty kill. Special teams is where Craik lost. Norrish was the reason Kenaston Pp and Pk were so strong. So I’m saying if Craik can stay disciplined it’s 50-50 in Kenaston. No need waisting any more time talking about Jones. Dummy should have got Vaccinated I guess.

Craik had over 500 PIMs this year compared to less than 200 for Kenaston. Seems unlikely they suddenly find discipline, especially after what happened last weekend. Craik relied on 4 D almost exclusively last weekend and that caught up to them. One of those four is suspended so things likely won’t improve with their back end. That’s one of the reasons things started going Kenaston’s way. When the Blizzards lost a couple forwards they went to two lines. Craik followed suit and Craik’s top two lines couldn’t keep pace. The third line for Craik was really good and it hurt them to have them sit. Kenaston wins 8-5.

They did score on 4 of there first 5 shots though. The last 30 minutes was all Blizzards. Final shots 42-24. And as far as penalties it was only the last 3 minutes that Craik imploded.

Kenaston is very fortunate that somehow Loreburn didn’t enter provincials so they could pick up Norrish. A pretty good pickup I would say.
