C/D provincials sounds absolutely stacked this year, what I don’t get is all these teams who would likely be A or B with league teams are able to drop enough guys to go down to C or D category. But with that being said there will be very very good hockey come late January that is for sure Who is dropping players? |

I don’t know for sure, but I assume some long lake teams would have to with the way there rules are vs prov rules, I believe sask valley teams play under B prov rules, However from what I see most are going C/D. It’s because a team like Kenaston has a ton of very high end locals. Conversely you could have a team from say Clavet with a bunch of non elite Saskatoon guys and they would have to be A. Just an example, not sure what Clavet has. |

C'mon spill the goods for old skippy Rumour has it foam lake and kenaston went D I could be wrong, but pretty sure teams enter the C/D category, then are split up according to total population - ie - if 20 teams enter, the 10 teams with the highest population are in C, the bottom 10 teams are in D. |
