Macklin wins game 1 in OT.
Wilkie was out skated, outworked, and most of all, outgoaltended. It blows my mind that ppl think herle is anything better than a below average goalie in this league. I could find three rec goalies that would look like Patrick Roy playing behind Wilkies defense for the last ten years. Prove me wrong.

Herle saw 11 more shots but lost by 1 in overtime. Any who… Mohawks/Outlaws…YAWN 😑🥱😴

All of the chirping against these great teams is hilarious. Wilkie, Kyle, Drake have been winning for a long time but it has to end some time. All the haters can yap all they want but those teams will just wave back with their fingers adorned in rings. It’s all about the jealousy from the keyboard warriors.

Howsy, I agree with your statement "at some point it comes to an end" .... but I disagree with the jealousy aspect. The way wilkie would slime around and flash the 1st place card and make teams play during the week (very well knowing they had guys travelling far distances to play) but it didn't matter, they always got their way. For as much as poeple say "wilkie has class" is the farthest from the truth, yes some players do.. but most do not. Now were they ever going to lose when they were a dynasty for 7-8 years in a row, no not a chance, they were and still are a very good hockey team, but to say its jealousy is wrong. Its more of a F U to the slimey behind the scenes crap they have pulled for years and years.

They probably always needed league playoff games during the week because they were always in provincials which take priority for weekends due to travel. I have yet to hear anyone praise a team that runs a sort of a “dynasty” - the constant winning just eats at people and they find reasons to hate the winners.

So explain this 3 teams finish tied for 1st but yet the team with 10 wins placed second over a team with 11 wins due to the league president “being from Wilkie” snaking his way into a discussion with SaskHockey feeding them some bullsht excuse that the tie breaker formula for three teams is different than two teams and kissing ass enough that there they sit second place. It’s a win dirty at all cost and play the excuse card when loosing.

Isn’t wins the first deciding factor? Then head to head? Then goals for and against ?

A three way tie is no exception. How Wilkie pulled this one off is a head scratcher. The dirty dynasty will be over when Macklin kicks their asses.

Would love to hear from the people that actually made the decision. The rules are pretty clear - the way it looks someone needs to hold SHA to account. It’s not Wilkie’s fault if the other teams don’t put in a complaint and get the situation corrected.
