Game 1 ended up 12-2 Drake. 5-0 after 1, 7-0 after 2. Not much else to report.

Game 1 ended up 12-2 Drake. 5-0 after 1, 7-0 after 2. Not much else to report. Read on twitter Drake only had 12 skaters and were missing some big names. Have to think this was the one game Wynyard could possible steal and they get thumped like that. Yikes |

I thought that Draude was suspended for his CFB Major??? On Twitter they had him on the game sheet??? I guess he must have served it.

No suspension for that. Toporowski got a major for cross checking late in the game and will miss the next game. One wynyard player had an eye injury last night. Everyone wishes him the best and hope eye is ok. |

If it was a major it is an automatic one game, no matter when it happened same as a hit to the head. If it was a minor then play on. Just going on what was posted on twitter. ... and yes best wishes to the Wynyard player.

And he’d need to serve the suspension in a provincial game as their league and provincial rosters are not the same

This is the rule from the rule book, no way around this one |

But if he was suspended, he’d have to sit out until he served a provincial game. |

Nope - SHA doesn’t send out emails for suspensions - it’s up to team officials to know the handbook. Could be additional suspensions for Drake if this is true.
