I don’t think grenfell will have Ron cote or any Ochap players this season From what I’m hearing they have no interest in playing with Grenfell ever again I have also heard that they might be losing Czerwonka too.

Southey has been quiet any word on what they have going? I have a feeling this will be Southeys last year in the QVHHL. Don’t have the best community support (good but not great, and you need great support to compete in this league) Would make sense if they joined the PMHL with their old rival Cupar

I’m sure when you say support your meaning more than just crowds alone. It truly comes down to having the deeper pockets, Putting on the golf tournaments and hockey drafts and so on doesn’t get you very far these days.

The players, organization members have to try to have fundraisers instead of just asking for hand outs, people do get sick of that. I would say Raymore is doing it the correct way, by hosting events all year long getting the community engaged, which is brining the crowds in.

Raymore is really great at doing fundraisers you have my vote there. However, don’t be fooled. The majority of their money still doesn’t come from their fundraisers. Minus the player Calcutta last year. That was unbelievable the money they made.

So why don't all these high paying teams make a super league so they have competition? No one is going to go watch a 10-3 game when its -25 degrees and snowing out!
