This was a great game. Bears were the better team but it could have easily gone either way. Bears kept up to the speed quite well tonight. Nothing too out of control tonight. Fairly physical but nothing out of hand. They could not skate with Lumsden and it was evident. Mirasty cannot skate with Heywood, but they all trailered on to lumsden with their hooks, the refs need to control this as RL is being catered to heavily wtf are you on glue?? Mirasty won the game for RL. Assisted to trent Campbells game winner than same shift he pots another one to make it 6-4. Heywood was probably scared nvm lol |

Pretty even game last night. Round Lake goalie was hot and played well. Lots of skills on both teams. Lumsden seemed a lot more timid though although neither team was throwing the body around much. There was a few good hits though.

RL is known to get better as the series continues so could be tough for lumsden to climb back into this series. That rink saturday is going to be amazing. All in all this RL team has woken up Sr hockey again and i think we can all agree it was need. Good old time hard nosed saskatchewan hockey

Hall and Shupe for the Monarchs might be done for the series too as they are in playoffs this weekend so 2/3 of their pickup line with Frater.

Yep, Lumsden done. Missing more guys this weekend. RL has more scoring depth and has been able to shut teams down. Not sure if the north will give them any trouble. Nice to be able to watch games on Shawnee Bear’s fb though even if it has to be muted.

RLBs were down 1-0 in both their previous series & a-lot of people wrote em off in sweeps. RLBs showed, you’re not out if you lose game, just got to battle & win 2 & 3. Teams just need to win game 2 & anything can happen when it comes down to a 1 game final. Going ’to be tough for Lumsden to go into Ochap & steal one there though. That 2K plus crowd is loud & electric. Probably who wins this series will most likely win A. |

Going to b a lot of disappointed fans in Ochap Sunday nite after that game. Lumsden is coming to play. All those Ochap fans wont mean a thing it’s all about the talent on the ice and the team that can keep there kool and lumsden has the edge there for sure.
