FL should have put Wynyard out of their misery in 3 games. Wynyard used forwards as D all series. Forsberg boys suspended all series and this gose to 5 games. Wynyards local boys outplayed the high paid FL players. It was that simple.

14-6 final - LLHL should be embarrassed by their decision. Sandhu will still show up to win a D provincial title, all the glory and dimes well spent, hopefully Mother Nature doesn’t bring another snow storm, and his flight is delayed tho, hate to take two losses on the chin in one year

Not sure what foam lake is sad about? They didn’t have a back up plan for goalie. In my opinion they got beat by a better team. And then the coach not shaking hands with Wynyards players is all you need to see. Foam lake had a a lot of natural goal scorers but zero hockey players. The long lake is no joke. Show up or get beat. Simple. Hockey is a halluva game.

We want to say hats off to the foam lake flyer goalie tonight. Not an easy situation for anyone to come into. The kid did great. Hockey needs more kids like this with a massive set on them. Amazing job Seth. The outcomes of games are not always the true story.

You beat a goalie on one leg one game and a 17 year old in another. Congratulations. Huge accomplishment. Highlight of the last ten years in that town? It’s a winner take all playoff game? If I’m wynyard I score 20 if I can. Foam lake doesn’t like it? Block some shots and play some tighter D. Foam Lake lost 2 other games in this series can’t blame it all on a u18 goalie.

You want to be talking about running up a score. 10 to 1 and 11 to 1 against Lucky Lake. Hmmm.

Sounds like people just need to be happy and fortunate that our rinks are still packed and we have teams all along the 16 that play… I will however mention that the children in the rink run some pretty bad language…. I over heard some foam lake and wynyard kids talking how they are going to beat the snot out of each other outside… this is the part hockey I don’t like and these kids we atleast grade 5-8…. The fowl language was atrocious…. As for the goalie… Seth did what he could do… if anything else the experience he gained was great for him!! Be happy that hockey still thrives in our small communities people!!
