Not sure why the league doesn't give out league awards. Might as well have the discussion here.
Top Forward Top Defenceman Top Goalie MVP

Unfortunately I don’t think there’s much of a discussion here based on stats.
Moosomin sweep F- Holloway D- Elmes G- Beckett MVP- Holloway

I would argue kopeck or J miller as mvp over Holloway honestly. Holloway is the best player in the league but his points were skewed this year playing Wawota and Kipling so much. Moosomin had a much easier schedule than redvers did and those two still carried the rockets to a first place finish while some of redvers other best players were hurt for over half the year. Not saying kopeck or miller are better than Holloway. But I think they were both as valuable to their team this year as Holloway was.

Yeah this is why I think you have to at least have the conversation.

They only played Kipling and wawota 1 more time than anyone else so he’d still lead the league scoring wise. But I wouldn’t disagree with you, Holloway is not as much as a 2 way player as those redvers guys and finishing 1st place would suggest they could be more valuable as well . I just put holloway there based on points. Would be impossible to pick a mvp cause you can’t just go watch every game. Guess you’d have to pick 2 guys off the top 4 teams or something and have the teams vote.

Agreed! I mean bud is an amazing player obviously. People just make it seem like he’s the only good player in the league which is just not the truth at all. Many good players on most teams.

The argument could be made for Trotter as well considering Midale beat them with him missing and held Holloway pointless.

Personally when it comes to picking an MVP I think the case for Jordan Miller is strong. He skates the puck extremely well, has one of the best two way games in the league. It's crazy to think but that guy gets better every year.

Several good players in league but the great are Holloway and Trotter!
Playoffs are totally different season as coaches coach different and it matters.
There is playoff experienced guys and some with little which makes it tough going for younger kids but that’s hockey.
