Was at the game tonight. Didn't disappoint one bit. Canora forwards are for sure skilled and will compete with any in the league but D and tending are questionable so they'll need to score lots.
Swan has a solid lineup throughout and were even missing arguably their best player Tripp. talking to someone there I hear their all locals again? Amazing. Goaltending is stellar and that was by far the difference maker. 55-60 saves.
Was a great game and great crowd. Anyone else at the game?

heard that Cobras outplayed Swan for all the game and the shot clock final total was something like 57-23? Difference maker was the goalies looks like. |

The Zamboni only needed to clean the half that swan was defending. Canora controlled the puck all night. If Swan didn’t have that goalie, that game would have been a blow out |

Not trolling just find that an interesting take in a 7-4 game. I’d say they had maybe 2-3 good goals. One off goalies head from goal line rolled down his back some how. Empty netter at the end. Bounces were bouncing for swan. In no way was swan out playing them. |

Goaltending was forsure the difference maker for swan. In senior that will carry you a long way. Mickoski gonna be gone a few games too for the shenanigans at the end.

Canora will have to outscore the better upper level teams to have any success. There goaltending/defence is average senior hockey level. Swan missing Tripp is huge, as he is an absolute offensive force but the Valentino pick up for them is pretty big as long as he puts the effort hes capable into it for them. Right now Swan with a full line up is looking like the team to beat in that division, Bufs will push them but I think arent as deep imo. |
