Full league audit is needed. Screw the audit. Open it up. Double the import spots. Or change the criteria that determines what an import is. Not saying all the teams cheat, but the majority bend the rules slightly im sure. Elite players makes these games exciting to watch. Anybody who says “I don’t want to go to the rink to watch a bunch of out of towners play for my local team,” is full of crap. Same ones that also wonder why their local team full of average joe’s that gets blown out every game can’t get more than 60 people through the door on Saturday night. That being said, it would benefit everybody to have a limit on how much $$$ could be dished out. As if there was any way to regulate that. |

2 ways to doit. X amount of junior a or better players across the board. Locals or not. Probly like 8? No population no forging a address, no three year exemption. Or you cap it around 5-6 elite imports and ur locals are ur locals! Not a Regina beach or white city or any of that bs. The q has it set up so any local in any smaller center can be a “local” on any team. Minus grenfell on most west guys. Eg. Kyle stroh and Wilton can be a local one every single team in the q. Please correct me if I’m wrong. What sense does this make? Open it up for junior b and lower who cares. Ur top end players at the end of the day win you games. Can someone tell me how many “elite imports” balcarres actually has? Technically they have room for more too according to the site. System is way broken.
