I would think losing foster, fowlie, king, scheider, ruopp should lessen a payroll. Grenfell ain’t the problem when it comes to payrolls.

Rockets played to the hype. 11 was good 22 was good 5 was good southey had a couple good guys. Rough stuff in the second and third. Overheard in crowd raymore has southy first line from last year. Not great goaltending tonight.

Balcarres dominated balgonie, was close at one point but Balcarres put the game away. Won 6-2 with stroh, Krane and Milligan not really having good games

Pretty slow game in Grenfell tonight. Grenfell looked “old” tonight and not a wealth of talent on Bisons roster. Spits down 3-1 with 90 seconds left. Tie it with 13 left and their Captain wins it a couple minutes into OT. Spits may have lost a step but they play good D and are solid down the middle with some scoring wingers. Hopefully this rivalry picks up right where it left off a from a few years back.

$4000 a game better buy you a good team. Nobody else in the league even close to that payroll. Brag all you want but "hey how much money do you want I’ll give you $200 more than that" as a recruitment technique is nothing to brag about.
