Is there anywhere you are able to view provincial rosters? Nope, each divisions respective rosters are sent to that division, and only that divisions, managers/teams. Best you can do is ask around and hope someone shares. If you know any managers or teams. |

Something. 100% there should be complete transparency. 7-8 years ago I saw all the rosters but teams are less likely to share nowadays for some reason. |
