Took in the last game of the regular season between the bottom dwellers.
Both teams missing guys but most noticeable was shields not playing.
3-2 after one, lanigan scored short handed with a second left to get back to within one.
2nd period no scoring
3 period lanigan ties it at 3 before helm just shoveled one at the net that somehow squeezed through morrow. Then an empty netter by helm, and then gets a breakaway to get the natural hat trick.
Watrous had their fundraiser shootout after the game and helm with the hot hand won that, smith 2nd and longest serving Winterhawk ever scott Collins placed 3rd.
