Yeah it really looked like lanigans first game of the year last night after being off for 12 days between games.kudos to the schedule maker for that one,well done

The league started nov 1st and ends jan 28th how many games do you want lanigan to play to stay sharp. It is roughly 12 weeks taking time off for Christmas. The league schedule is 17 games. Teams are going to go extended periods without playing games. Maybe throw in a practice if you think it would help. Practice you taking about Practice not a game but Practice.

Agreed, have a practice or two. That’s on the pirates, everyone says I’m bad at complaining but kristoff way worse! Pirates had maybe a couple scoring chance all game. Didn’t muster anything else really. Top line was useless for lanigan. No shields in net didn’t help either, back up tender played like garbage, should have saved about five of them. The all local lines for Lanigan played decent for what they were up against tho. Wadena D is very good. Nice to see them in the super league. |

On the scheduling note: Davidson has 3 weeks off! That is weird for this time of year. With them being on a heater they would probably like to play 3 games a week rather than 0.

Maybe that's why Davidson is 9-2, winning when it "doesn't matter" -> playing all their games now before teams have gotten into the groove.

Dumbest thing I’ve heard today, can you say the same thing about Wynyard being 9&2 as well? Every game counts in this league cause when playoff time comes, the series matches between 3vs6 & 4vs5 are going to be hard series to win. |
