Great accomplishment for sure but the LLHL had a pretty good run over the years. I feel like they may have won multiple a few times. But maybe not.

Got me curious. 2005 - Lanigan A, Watrous B, Drake C 2010 - Lanigan B, Drake C, Davidson D Other multiple years where there was two winners. Most impressive is LLHL run in B from 1999 - 2006. All but one year someone from the league didnt win it. 99 - Watrous 00 - Watrous 02 - Lanigan 03 - Watrous 04 - Leroy 05 - Watrous 06 - Leroy |

All impressive! I don't think its as much as a competition as the eb and flow of Senior Hockey. Just impressive what the SVHL has done this year without Kyle, Rosetown or Eston in the mix. (yes I know Rosetown players have been important in Outlook). But the stars just align sometimes. Hopefully tonight!

Almost unarguably the top team in the province this year. With Foam Lake winning the LLHL over Drake Kenaston was the only team to win Prov and league with 3 banners in one league it negates 2 of those teams. It’s hard to double banner so kudo’s to them. |

Definitely helped Kenaston that the SVHL was ahead of other leagues with scheduling. Got the regular season started early and had a full month for their league final. Playoffs were started a full 2 weeks before many leagues. Not losing any league playoff games helped as well.

As a fan of the Valley we couldn’t have been more spoiled the last couple months. I knew this league had some great talent in it when the year started, it usually does, but to see 3 banners coming back to the league is a great accomplishment. Something to be proud of for sure. |

I knew this league had some great talent in it when the year started, it usually does, but to see 3 banners coming back to the league is a great accomplishment. Something to be proud of for sure. Afraid you would jinx it? It's bad luck to be superstitious. haha Can't wait for next year! |
