Is the QVHHL a one year set up or is it going to be a merged league going forward?

Is the QVHHL a one year set up or is it going to be a merged league going forward? Should be, but lots of work to do on the import rules. From the outside looking in, you’d think it’s close but they’re actually a lot different. Also, is Balgonie back and does Bethune continue? Raymore isn’t returning and Cupar tried but sounds like they’re no go. Hearing rumblings that Pense has been planning on making a run at it. Talked to a couple players that have already been getting poached by a certain someone. |

Doesn’t make sense for them to fold Everyone that is still effective and has talent is gone to greener pastures no? And with MJ working (and living in Wynyard?) I cant see those few that followed coming back. |

If they do merge full time, they will have to figure out the import rules. HHL uses a lot more imports than the QVHL does. Not sure of exact numbers however. QVHL uses a radius from town centre I believe and those players do not count as imports.
