If SHA has different rules, which they may, someone feel free to correct me. But the only one game suspensions on this chart (for major penalties) come from checking from behind and checking to the head. If 27 was assessed one of these in the last ten minutes, it would warrant two games (one for the automatic major, one for the game misconduct in the last ten minutes). In this case, the one game suspension for his game misconduct in the last ten minutes makes sense to me as far as HC's rulebook is concerned.
