Can’t say I’m overly shocked. Kenaston is good but they’re for sure beatable. Two teams at the top of two strong leagues

Kenaston offence is great, defense is not good, but got a big big boost from norrish, but their goalie is average

If their offence is great, they should probably get more than 3 goals. They got out worked, plain and simple. Goaltending was not the issue.

Wow, great game. Macklin defense and goaltending were great. Refs let them play, I think there were 5 penalties total.
As has been said already Macklin flat out out worked Kenaston. Kenaston's small barn helped Macklin a lot, Kenaston tried stretching the play a lot, but Macklin didn't let them get anything going. Should be a great game two next weekend!

My opinion of game. Kenaston won first and third period and lost the second. Outshot macklin 45/30, tried to be too cute instead of keeping it simple. Macklin clogged up shooting lanes, and made it hard to enter offensive zone. Hargreaves held them in, macklin capitalized on chances. Bigger ice in macklin may help ken, good game was worth the trip!
