How so underwhelming, do you mean it was just lopsided and nothing to watch? or both teams were bad? Foam Lake was good but not as good as they were in previous years IMO. And yeah after the first period the game was pretty quiet. |

Replacement Goaltenders
4.03.02 Replacement Goaltenders
The following goaltender regulations pertain to Hockey Saskatchewan Provincial Playoffs, however, Senior Leagues shall have authority to grant permission to their member teams to use replacement registered goaltenders from other registered teams from within their league.
a) No replacement for any ill or injured player shall be allowed, except for the goaltenders. A replacement goaltender may be permitted by the General Manager or his designate, providing that a satisfactory certificate from a medical doctor or chiropractor is received indicating that the ill or injured goaltender is unfit to play. The following criteria, in order, shall be used in determining where a replacement goaltender is obtained from.
i) an affiliate goaltender
ii) a goaltender from a lower division or category within the
sponsoring center of the team.
iii) a goaltender from a lower division or category from any of the centers/non–centers that form the team, providing permission has been granted in writing by team management.
iv) a goaltender from a team of the same or lower category
providing permission has been granted in writing by team management.
v) Senior D category may come from either the Senior C or D
category.
b) Permission for the replacement by the General Manager or his/her designate shall be in writing and must be attached to the appropriate registration material for inspection. Where time does not permit, Hockey Saskatchewan shall inform the opposing team by phone before the next scheduled game. The player must join the team within ten (10) days of the date of the last game in which the injured or ill goaltender played or prior to the next scheduled game of the team. If the team is not scheduled to play within the ten (10) day period indicated above, the replacement goaltender cannot be replaced by another replacement goaltender unless he/she is injured or medically unfit.

Is ochitwa healthy? Not sure why they were allowed to grab another guy if he was good to go. |

Why is everyone struggling with this. Wapple is hurt. They had him on the provincial roster because they thought he could be back. He's hurt. Has a Dr's note. Theyre allowed to pick up a new goalie. End of story.

Maybe foam lake should just go with a shooter tutor in net against craik instead of any goalies.

You are allowed a replacement. Can not play with one. He could get in a fight and get kicked out. Than what? Only a dummy would get a backup to back up your back up. You will go and find the best goalie available and you can play whoever you want. Case closed

Let’s open the case back up.
I heard Wapple gave them a Dr. note in December. So if that’s the case they knew the rules, & knew what to do. Stick with the 2 Dman & forward as imports knowing they could grab a goalie.. Clever.

You will go and find the best goalie available and you can play whoever you want. Case closed I don't know, I guess you could tell him not to get in a fight. Not sure why you couldn't play with the one goalie they still had. If he gets hurt then its an actual emergency and you go get someone. Case open. |

That Ochitawa is also emergency. Believe for League FL goalies are Sentes and Wapple. For Provs, they only signed Wapple up. Wapple cannot go. So they have to scrounge the area and rules to find goalies to put between the pipes. They find two guys, Ochitawa and Beckett and they dress them both... what am I missing here?!?! Somebody help me out

FL obviously would want Wapple in net if he could go not? If he was good to go why wouldn't he be playing? Has hey dressed any games since he has gone down?
