7-4 nationals final, it’s too bad that series isn’t even close if lanigan puts a full roster out, same with the wynyard series, such a wasted opportunity for the pirates. to go to the semis in both league and provincials, time to reload with people that want to win.

12 guys for provincial game 3 in your home rink? Yikes. Good for the nats though congrats to them

Kudos to biggar, they had a good first period, pirates came out flat with a short bench. Unacceptable for the pirates to have no one show up. Feel sorry for calladine, bricker and especially shields. He must be tired, couple goals were iffy and just looked exhausted. No Peterson or symenuk. Oleksyn wasn’t there because they told him to stay home. Lanigan should never lost to this team. Think it’s time for some changes for the pirates starting with management

i’ve been hard on management myself cheeseburger, but this one is on the players and the players only, hard to believe they pay those guys all year to show up wednesday night november in december but can’t show up when it matters, same thing happened with peterson 2 years ago didn’t play game 3 vs warmen

Unfortunate for Lanigan. Didn’t have the right 12. Two straight provincial series losses to weaker teams. Peterson must have commitment issues. If I recall he missed the last couple games against Warman a couple years ago.

Yikes, not a good look for Lanigan. Where was everyone ?? Few guys hurt, too many shift workers, poor provincial pickups, and a few guys with no dedication.

As a pirate fan i am embarrased by the lack of commitmennt by some players.having 12 guys at home yet for a provincial home game is unacceptable.peterson is 1 of them.could have really used him tonight but he baled on us

Tran and derkatch were good pickups, especially derkatch he’s still very good. But when u pick up players atleast get get guys that are in shape and who show up. What’s the point in picking of sobkowicz if he never showed once.

Just goes to show, in 2022 how entitled some players are. Top players make a lot of money playing senior, the ONLY thing we ask is to show up, and when you do, give us everything you got. It’s hockey, it doesn’t always go the way you want, but we need you show up. Long off season on the island for the Pirates
