Good morning! Another week, another prediction!
Last week was Ituna's first time on the ice this season. Unfortunately for them, Indian Head played very good in their home opener. Indian Head ultimately took the game 6-2. As mentioned last week, Indian Head looked really good, and that was the case again. Indian Head played significantly more physical than Ituna, and it showed to be their X factor. The captain of Ituna got absolutely Crucified™ early in the game. Without their captain to lead the Avalanche, the Chiefs got on the goal wagon. After seeing this performance from the Chiefs, I think I can see them being the only team to potentially catch Cupar lackin'! (that is, if Cupar shows up with 9 skaters / if the Cupar Cuplex gets Predator Missile'd©)
Lets get into this weeks matchups!:
Nov. 22: Ituna Avalanche @ Cupar Canucks:
Ituna will be looking to bounce back after their season opener got spoiled by the boys in red and green. They will be having a little jaunt to visit the only undefeated team remaining in the PMHL, the Cupar Canucks. Ituna has got their feet wet with this league, and are likely going to preform better than whatever they showed last week in Indian Head. Cupar had a needed a rest after their beatdown on Strasbourg. Something that someone brought to my attention, was that Cupar has plans to win this game... by a lot. Goals will be bountiful this night! Will likely another high score for the Canucks. I predict they get 2 touchdowns, and make both PATs.
Cupar wins 14 - 1
★★★: Travis Orr (F) - Canucks – 1 Goal, 9 Assists
★★: Dane Bonish (F) - Canucks 5 Goals, 5 Assists
★: Drew Geber (G) - Canucks - 5 Saves on 6 Shots, 1 Fight
“’Cept we got bigger balls, and a longer field” – Tim Hicks
Nov. 23: Strasbourg Maroons @ Indian Head Chiefs
Indian Head gets another home game on Saturday. They will get a chance to redeem themselves against the team who spoiled their season opener, the Maroons. It was a close game that ended up in additional time, with Strasbourg winning in OT. Indian Head looks better than most expected. And this is certainly my game of the week. I had a smudge session in the A.J.M Davies Arena in Indian Head after their first win. Within my meditation, I seen the letters B2B flying at me. Back to back home wins for the Chiefs incoming!
Indian Head wins 6-4
★★★: Mike Rieger (F) – Chiefs – 2 Goals
★★: Rylan Bechard (F) – Chiefs – 2 Assists
★: Parker Davey (F) – Maroons – 2 Assists

Endnote: I hope I see everyone at these matches again this week. I appreciate hearing everyone’s thoughts on the games. I also appreciate my fans here on Wicked Deadly. Whenever I see you like my posts, my toes curl in excitement (you know who you are). Let me hear your thoughts on the league so far. Same time next week?
