Hearing some rumblings about a new league possibly in works.. similar rules to the long lake and sask valley to allow some more northern teams of saskatoon to have a run at provincials instead of the glorified rec leagues popping up.

You mean the one Jesse Mattsons trying to create? Lol I don’t think it will pan out. The twin rivers is basically the old fort Carlton. And what happened to all those teams? Had good provincial runs and very solid teams, but no locals and eventually everyone stopped supporting them so it went out with a whimper

Would be nice to get rid of birch hills, hanley, shellbrook and cudworth. Just keep the teams around saskatoon.

Would be nice to get rid of birch hills, hanley, shellbrook and cudworth. Just keep the teams around saskatoon. Yeah that 35 minute drive to Hanley on a nice two lane highway is absolutely devastating. Surprised teams can even make it there.

When is the league meeting? Any word on new teams wanting to join? Heard Aberdeen is possibly going wheatland now?
