You can’t dictate your home games. There’s some give and take there but if the rumour is true that Gubba knew about Saturday night all week and didn’t tell his team until after Friday nights game, that’s terrible. But it’s never their fault. Balcarres always blames someone else. They’re always the victim. Losers again. this game was changed on the Friday night and it was too late for Albers to cancel his shift. Talking about losers lumsden lost the A final and needed Balcarres missing a stud dman and forward to win Changed? From when? As soon as Lumsden lost out of Provincials, they told Balcarres we’ll use the Saturday night ice a lot that was supposed to be Game 3 vs Kenaston. Balcarres knew that was an option all along but tried to play dumb. It backfired. |

Was a great battle. The games I watched in Lumsden were all very even. The Beach Boys pulled away in the third of game 5 , maybe the Broncs felt it wasn’t their day but up until then it was very even. Congrats to both teams, That was some great hockey to watch.
