only Elmes did but some of these guys didn’t play as much a forsberg did, not denying he’s a good player but I’d rather have these guys over him. The 2 games I watched forsberg played he turned the puck over too much and got caught cheating trying to get up in the play which wynyard ended up getting scored on I’d take Jesse anyday over any of those guys. And you’d say the same thing if he was on your team. against Balcarres he wasn’t even close to the best dman in that series |

After coming in and watching those videos fully expecting forsberg to be the 100 percent to blame I left thinking the complete opposite that entire thing was 86 percent foam lake instigated. As for that top d list if your not putting forsberg on that list then you can’t really call it a well thought out list. (Like him or hate him) hes making a difference. The thing with him is he’d be ten times more effective on a team that didn’t NEED him to carry the team on his back. Carrying a team on your back is probably exhausting even if some of the people are super small like Bentz

In all this Forsberg talk, and other D men, I find it interesting that nothing has been said about Hobbs. He was supposed to be the best player in the Prov so you think he would be on people’s list of best D men. I saw him play once this year and I thought he was better than Forsberg that game anyway.

Hobbs is technically better. Could see him play at a pro level with his skating and IQ. Forsberg is a bit wild but an individual force. Different style.

A name for all these top Dmen. One I see being left out is Sam Klassen. He is sound defensively and controls the play whenever he’s on the ice.

if sha applies same rules that they used on the milestone player for 3 rd man in......foam lake goalie was 3rd man in technically...but with so much shit happening all over the ice it gets missed maybe --really was a non issue but you know how sha like to nit pic with technacalitys lol From the video it looks like foamlake goalie comes in and holds the wynyard player while he was already getting his butt kicked. Wtf. ? Shocked that’s all he got. The guy goes into foam lake celebration and then when he gets hit the morons cry he was innocent. Then after crying on the ice he comes flying off in a temper tantrum and attacks a fan ?!??!? He deserves way more than a gross misconduct and 3 games for acting like that. |
