I know Foam Lake is able to pick up an injury replacement for provincials but are they able to for league play as well? Weren’t they through this very thing with Wapple a few years back?

I could be wrong but I don’t think they’d be able to pick up an import goalie for league now cause they wouldn’t have the games played. So I’m assuming if Toth is out they’d need a local goalie or an AP. |

Rumour is Shields on way to foamlake Foam Lake would have to get a different goalie for provincials. Shields played in A with Lanigan. a) No replacement for any ill or injured player shall be allowed, except for the goaltenders. A replacement goaltender may be permitted by the General Manager or his designate, providing that a satisfactory certificate from a medical doctor or chiropractor is received indicating that the ill or injured goaltender is unfit to play. The following criteria, in order, shall be used in determining where a replacement goaltender is obtained from. 1) an affiliate goaltender. il) a goaltender from a lower division or category within the sponsoring center of the team. ill) a goaltender from a lower division or category from any of the centers/non-centers that form the team, providing permission has been granted in writing by team management. iV) a goaltender from a team of the same or lower category providing permission has been granted in writing by team management. v) Senior D category may come from either the Senior C or D category. But maybe for game 5 vs Wynyard. |

He would be classified as an import there and wouldn’t have had the correct amount of league games played to be eligible for playoffs. And Lanigan would have to release Shields and can’t see that happening because if he goes back to Lanigan after he would be reclassified as an import there. |

How come foam lake can’t use their back up? In their fight video with wnyard there is two foam lake goalies on the ice.

If Toth can’t play the Flyers have to use goalies listed in their league roster Including any AP goalie before playing a new pickup . Big drop in quality from Toth to the next tender.

Sentas is listed on roster but he is also with and played games for lumsden??? in the brawl footage they do have a back up tender. is that Seth Bricksaw ? i think they hooped unless this bricksaw pulls a few games out of no where after not seeing a minitue of action all year....he played rec at least to get some pucks ?

ahh okay ya he a midget goalie--they are still in league playoffs...did quick look for FL prov entry and didnt find it...ill look again

well it sounds like Foam's request for a replacement goalie has been shot down. They have an AP listed and thats what they will have to use i guess. That's tough with toth going down....

That's tough with toth going down.... if thats the case hats off to FL mgnt for not having a back up goalie lol lol if i was midget coach i would say FU u not using one of our tenders today as we have prov game....but weather may cancel prov games today...but still have a goalie who is playing on another team listed on ur roster and then having AP's hahah this is laughable..way to go FL....but on the other side of having delays it gives toth more time..but still no back up hahahah |

Foam Lake midgets are also in playoffs Wednesday night in Raymore and Monday the 11th in Wadena. That kid will be busy lol
