Fans got their moneys worth. Drake's league team with no provincial pickups just don't have the horses to compete with a very deep lumsden team. I can't see this series going to game 3.

Fans got their moneys worth. Drake's league team with no provincial pickups just don't have the horses to compete with a very deep lumsden team. I can't see this series going to game 3. By the looks of the score, Drakes league team definitely competed with the very deep Lumsden team, I also recall Drake leading the score at one point in the game. It was a good hard fought battle between both teams. Bounces, penalties, and garbage goals could make this series go either way in my opinion. |

Back to back Provincial A Champs is incredibly impressive, but Drake doesn't stand a chance this year. Sad they couldn't mix in a double banner year. I could see the Cam Canuks making a run next year.
