All I heard is Wynyard looked lost at the Chicken Coop. Not surprised by this outcome.
They had trouble with Raymore at home and Balcarese is fast as well.
That rink is not made for an old slow team.

All I heard is Wynyard looked lost at the Chicken Coop. Not surprised by this outcome. They had trouble with Raymore at home and Balcarese is fast as well. That rink is not made for an old slow team. Wynyard did not show up for this game at all, it was a poor played game and I would be embarrassed to be a Wynyard player after that debacle. They were missing three key defenceman and their top scoring forward but the rest of the team just didn’t seem to show up and unfortunately left the goalie to hang out to dry. so many mistakes in this game, horrible turnovers in their own end and incomplete passes, bouncing off their sticks right to balcarres players allowing them to double team the goalie. Balcarres is far from fast, unless they didn’t bring their A game, I sat wondering what the fascination with this team was and who their top player was Supposed to be. Not one player stood out all of them seemed just average. Raymore was a far better team than Balcarres, It wasn’t even close. Wynyard should have mopped the floor with them, but they were like sloths on the ice not challenging the balcarres goalie at all, putting almost every shot into the belly with a rebound almost every time, which they couldn’t capitalize on. Wynyard didn’t help themselves with all the mistakes they made and Balcarres was able to capitalize on the mistakes made. |

The only noticeable omission from either team was Zimmerman not playing for Wynyard. He’s their top line centre/best forward so that certainly hurt Wynyard’s chances last night.

But to be fair he hasn’t played in 2 months due to injury |

Yes that’s tongue in cheek, but this speaks to Balcarres’ depth |

Some obviously more important than others but not having 3 dmen and Zimmerman forced Wynyard to push Thomas to forward and J Jordan back to defence leaving them with 3 D. Give Wynyard a full roster this game is much closer and the mistakes would be much more few and far between.

Orthner Is a backup goalie which I don’t know why you mentioned him |

Stop the excuses Much more impact for Wynyard to be down that crew than it was for balcarres look at the outcome proves it right there. Strakers a dirty bum who serves no purpose but to take stupid penalties and injure the opposing players so for Balcarres it’s almost good for them to lose Cody for 5. |
