Totally classless move by watrous announcers turning music up so loud nobody could hear anything during Hafford time out with a couple minutes left. You should be better than that! speaking of class... Watrous provided a meal for Hafford after game one along with beer. in NB got some beer but no meal... are they that cheap? That’s up to Watrous if they want to provide food. I have rarely heard of other teams doing that. Beer forsure but food? |

Lost in all this is how dominate watrouss top line is and how good Sam klassen is. They are going to be tough to beat going forward. Also enough with the name calling. Yes it was a bad hit but the ensuing pp probably won watrous the game. Was a great series. Much better than I expected. Edam/hafford combine for a very good squad.

Hit seemed to be shoulder to shoulder not much of an elbow if you slow it down Mychans arm flys up from the contact not the head. I mean looking at video it’s easier to see then heat of the moment for refs to make a call so not ripping the refs at all . But that’s a hit that happens fairly often that doesn’t get called even a penalty most nights. Hope Mychans shoulder is alright after being hurt at the start of the year.
Sam is a real good defender but the only thing lost is how much he complains and whines to the refs every single night. Not sure who is worse him or Cam Blair.

Quite sure you don’t know what good hockey is!! Might not have been a great series it was a very good series. Edam are not a bunch of meatheads. Some of them played 3 games in 3 nights in a sport they love and for the most part played well. These two teams were quite evenly matched. Let’s forget about the ugly hit and who gave who lunch and focus on the entertainment both teams provided. Remember most of these players had to go to their respective jobs this morning!

Which is why he has a sore jaw, that’s most definitely not an every game in senior. It was completely blindside and the guy followed through high while he was in a vulnerable spot. Gutless play from a guy who would never square with Mychan. |
