willow will play shellbrook. dalmeny will play rosthern. thinking ros will come out on top and not to sure whats going to happen between willow and shellbrook . willow has had a good year but have had some close games with shellbrook. willow is such a dirty team though and forget what the games about sometiimes . in my opinion in the east either birch hills or allan will get a free ride to the finals just to get smoked to whoever comes out of the west .

They have had willows number. Regardless of my opinion, whoever comes out of the west takes the league in 3.

Rosthern will get cleaned up by Dalmeny. Regnier is the best player in the league but in playoff hockey the rest of the wheatkings will shrivel up like always. Shellbrook is far from a one line team and play very structured but I think willow crees skill will get them passed the elks in 3. The west semis will be tough and likely the winner of the league if they can get through without too many significant injury’s, if Willow Cree can stay out of the box I think they will get the finals. The east will be much easier and I think Birch hills will get through again if they can get some commitment to show up out of their guys, just to get swept again. I don’t know how they align the divisions to be fair, north/south would leave the north way to strong, Elks, Chiefs, Blackhawks, Wheatkings, Royals, Waldheim? Same problem as East/West

Yes in reality switching north south doesn’t do much but add Burch hills to the west division as most of the west team are more north of south anyways, I guess cursory would fit that to , I guess it depends where you draw the line, either north end of Saskatoon or higher up by hague putting them and Waldheim and dalmeney south, and moving cursory and Burch hills to a north league that could make things a little better.

How does Hanley finish last in the east and miss the playoffs? They have two players in the top 10 scoring. Can someone explain?

I'm thinking Shellbrook is gonna be a sleeper this year. They had a real tough start to the season but once they all bought into the coaches game plan and strategy they were a totally different team in the second half winning 8 of their last 9 games. Willow is an extremely skilled team but not sure if they can play a competitive hard hitting playoff game while staying out of the box at the same time. If they run into penalty issues that Elks power play will make them pay.
Dalmany and Rosthern I would have to say that Dalmany is gonna come out on top in 3 games. Dalmany is built more for the playoffs much deeper and way better goaltending. The only way Rosthern wins is if Regs and Zultok combine for 6+ goals a game.
no need to talk about the east as whoever wins the division will go on to get swept in the final.

Anderson best non-elite in the league, could make a legitimate argument he’s the most well rounded player in the league. Hanley seriously lacks depth. They picked up a better goalie after Christmas, probably sneak into playoffs if they had him all year.

Anyone know how the Clavet/Allen game went last night. Looks like the league stats are taking a year to go up...
