When is the Kyle/Grenfell series? This is the most interesting round 1 matchup to me. I don't think the spits can beat them but I sure think it could be interesting.

Dinsmore v Unity gm 1: 6-4 Dinsmore
Dinsmore came out fast in first period and first half of 2nd. Unity played solid game back half. Close game right to the end. Rewerts played solid and Hobbs couldn't be blamed for the goals he gave up.
Dinsmore has more skill but are soft in their own end and on the PK. If they get by Unity they will get beat by Wilkie or earlier. No contest.
Will see next week if Unity can get a W and take this to three games.

Dinsmore can likely get by Unity by the shear fact that Unity is not a good hockey team. However, Dinsmore will likely lose next round to Canora and will for sure lose to Wilkie. Dinsmore would’ve been better suited going D this year. Will see how it shakes out.
