- Jets could likely rent a bus for one last party of the season, this one will be over in 1 weekend.
St Walburg vs Leroy
- Leroy is my sleeper pick of prov, they will make some noise with their pick ups.
Watrous vs Hafford
- Winterhawks could be great, depends if their show ponies show up to play.
Kinderlsey vs Loreburn
- Klippers will ride their fan base through this round.
Kenaston vs Lanigan
- With Shields back and the team still riding the coat tails of Lamont’s injury this season, they could possibly cash a ticket to rd2.
South
Bethune vs Drake
- Drake is hard to judge, they have some good talent with Fiddler and Roy on the back end. Goaltending could be suspect,

- Lumsden over Bye
Wynyard vs Raymore
- This is a dirty one, have to imagine the Jordan’s will be embarrassed to dawn the Monarch jersey when their fathers legacy is hanging all over the Arena.
Moosomin vs Balcarres
- Balcarres has the experience to win this series
Carlyle vs Balgonie
- Balgonie’s barn will be packed, great burger and great fans. This could be one of the tightest first round match ups.
Milestone vs Round Lake
- Round Lake has the advantage here IFYKYK. Can see alot of Milestone come down with the ‘flu’ during this series.

After seeing the rosters the best first round matchup is Kenaston versus Lanigan. Lanigan grabbed a couple of Outlook’s best and Kenaston added Haines, Bauml and Durand(Dulle is already playing some league games)
