I believe the real story is Moosomin offered Neuls off Grenfell 5 grand straight up for provincials regardless of how many games they ended up playing.

I believe it the rangers r desperate not many players want to play there for some reason probably because they r always trying to steal players from all the other teams in the league. And yes I heard they offered Thompson a real slug
Of money and he turned them down to play with Bredanbury his home town.

I think when it comes down to it he's the most down to earth top tier senior hockey player in all of sask. He'd rather go home and play for nothing to put up a fight for his home town then chase the money. If that doesn't speak class act player, idk what does. |

Thompson shopped around the last 2 years for the regular season. He makes plenty enough during the year. The least he could do is play for his hometown lol |
