Pretty evenly matched, intense hockey game with some antics mixed in. These two teams hate each other. One of the best rivalries in senior hockey at the moment. Seems like Berny has a personal rivalry with 4 or 5 different guys on any given night but especially with Hollinger. 91 on grenfell sent Reaneys lid flying late in game. Balcarres didn’t seem to have much chemistry. Their D core though is an obvious strength. Grenfell has a bunch of guys that are just pains in the a$$ to play against. They play hard, and make plays along the boards. Decent chance these 2 teams are the last 2 standing, Broncs will get hot yet |

#20 mueller was there. Move along what about the other 3 Krane is high end. Wilton is good. Martin not much of a player. You should be asking yourself why you’re pulling this same old excuse out and instead ask why they didn’t win with the players they had out there. I highly doubt the guys inside that room are making any excuses so not sure why you are. Killback is more important to Grenfell than any 3 of those guys you mentioned are to Balcarres so you really don’t have a pot to piss in. |

Krane is high end. Wilton is good. Martin not much of a player. You should be asking yourself why you’re pulling this same old excuse out and instead ask why they didn’t win with the players they had out there. I highly doubt the guys inside that room are making any excuses so not sure why you are. Killback is more important to Grenfell than any 3 of those guys you mentioned are to Balcarres so you really don’t have a pot to piss in. balcarres just played terrible |

Grenfell were missing killback and czerwonka (showed up in the 3rd, 2 pieces of their top line plus a couple bodies. Balcarres were missing Wilton which was noticeable. Besides the Martin and straker were missing but they aren’t game changers, also I assume krane is injured for the hit he took against Bethune. Grenfell out played balcarres pretty much whole game. Balarres top forwards looked older and slower especially when they needed that push. once balcarres gets down they are very dirty, both sides ofc but Balarres becomes absolute cry babies. Albers thomahawk chops Hollinger and doesn’t get a pentaly. Grenfell had 12/13 players balcarres had 17. Should be good further games between these teams.

You know, good teams don’t have to try and convince others how great they are?? It’s like you have some sort of complex that someone might forget about the almighty Bronx. Everyone knows they’re good. Stop making excuses for them when they get beat. |
