7 - 4 Final. 0-2-2 to start the year as a favourite to win. The old boys can’t do it anymore, I don’t get why they feel the need to hold onto them. Time to find some young guys who can keep up with the big money imports, and someone who can make a save when it’s needed. |

I don’t see how Wynyard plans to compete this year. No scoring depth. There D will be good with Hobbs, but it seems they’ve struggled with goalies for the past how many years. Find someone else for that first line besides Mike Jordan what a joke. Guys a 4th line player.

Failler is a good senior goalie, and remember Lanigans Defence has improved since last weekend. Smyth is a great veteran leader for the team. Leads by example, not by having a child’s tantrum.

Not sure about the Monarch's management, perhaps attended the O'Day school of sports management, since their goalies are somewhat similar to the Riders O line in what they stop. |
