Anyone have any predictions coming into the season? Lots of new teams and unknowns but looking to see what everyone thinks how the year might play out

Assiniboia is winning the chip it won’t even be a challenge. Other teams around that area are just not good enough

Radville over YG in 5
Coronach over radville in 4
Assiniboia over Gravelbourg in 3
Glentworth over Hodge in 5
Assinboia over Glent in 3

Coronach over Avonlea in 5 YG over radville in 4 YG over cornach in 4 Assinaboia over Gravelbourg in 3 Hodgevile over Glentworth in 4 Assinaboia over hodge in 3 Rebs over wheat kings in 5 Avonlea turned it on end of year, addition of Howe really helped but not sure they have enough to beat cornach. YG finished lower but is a better team overall I believe. If they have there full roster and if Shupe plays they won't have a problem. In all 3 games this year, YG has a poor roster showing, and had a bad regular season record against the Merchants. However, I would think guys will show for playoffs and that's what my prediction is based off of. if they go to cornach with 12 guys though, this series prediction will be very wrong. I don't watch the wood river division much, but seems like Assinaboia really found there legs at end of year and hodgeville really slid. I don't see Assinaboia having any issue winning this division. |

These were pretty close. Final should be good, both teams seem to be rolling. YG will need to be physical with a skilled Assinaboia squad, and take away time and space, especially in Yellow Grass. Rebels will need to capitalize on there chances, 6/8 of YG playoff games have been 1 goal games and the wheat kings have been winning the close games. Haven't seen enough of either team to make a solid prediction, YG has good depth and some high end talent, and Assinaboia has some studs to. Even though the one game in regular season was a blow out in favour of the Rebels, I think it'll be a tight series and could possibly go the distance. I'll say the Rebels will squeak it out but YG has proven they are a tough team to play and they'll make this tough. |

Really thought Coronach had that series after gm 1 blowout. YG showed they are a team that’s won in the past in a better league and didn’t quit. They are built for thier rink tho. If Assiniboia was still in thier old barn I bet YG could pull this off but. Rebels in 5
